Litecoin outlook remains in focus after funded wallet addresses reached another record milestone. Network participation continued expanding, while technical conditions pointed toward a stabilizing market structure after recent weakness.
Funded Wallet Growth Extends Litecoin Network Participation
Kong Trading reported Litecoin funded wallet addresses climbed above 8.8 million. Coin Metrics data showed continued growth across the network. The update focused on participation instead of market valuation.
The chart presented a steady upward trend since the middle of 2024. Funded addresses increased from nearly 7.9 million during that period. Growth continued until another all-time high emerged during mid-2026.
Several temporary declines appeared throughout late 2024 and late 2025. Each decline was followed by renewed wallet expansion across the network. The pattern reflected consistent growth despite changing market conditions.
The metric measures funded addresses rather than individual investors. Some participants manage multiple wallets across different platforms. Even so, expanding addresses reflected continued network activity and wallet creation.
Litecoin Recovery Structure Gains Technical Support
The daily chart showed Litecoin trading near $43.35 after breaking a falling channel. That breakout followed several weeks of sustained selling pressure. Market structure gradually shifted toward stabilization after the move.

The descending channel controlled price action from mid-May through early June. Lower highs and lower lows remained consistent throughout that decline. Buyers later pushed price beyond the channel’s upper boundary.
Following the breakout, price entered a controlled consolidation phase. Higher lows developed along an ascending support trendline afterward. That structure suggested buyers continued defending recent gains.
Trading volume increased during the breakout above channel resistance. Activity later moderated without notable selling pressure returning. That behavior supported the recent stabilization phase across the market.
Momentum Indicators Monitor the Next Direction
Kong Trading also pointed to expanding wallet participation across the Litecoin network. The on-chain trend complemented improving technical conditions. Both developments attracted renewed market attention.
The MACD remained above its signal line throughout recent sessions. Positive histogram bars continued printing above the zero level. Momentum softened slightly without confirming bearish conditions.
The Relative Strength Index remained close to the 45 level. That reading stayed below neutral while avoiding oversold territory. A move above 50 would strengthen recovery momentum.
Resistance remained positioned between the $45 and $46 region. A successful breakout could expose the next target near $48. Meanwhile, the ascending support trendline remained the primary downside level.
