XRP Bulls Test $1.45 Resistance as Volume Rises
XRP price analysis tracks $1.35 support and $1.45 resistance as volume rises, keeping the market at a key technical decision point.
- XRP holds near $1.40, while $1.35 remains the main support zone beneath the current market structure as buyers defend recent gains.
- A sustained break above $1.45 could open a path toward $1.48 and $1.50 resistance levels, according to the chart setup ahead now, next.
- Rising volume during advances could strengthen the breakout setup, while weaker participation may invite rejection near key resistance.
XRP price analysis shows bulls defending key support while resistance near $1.45 keeps the market locked between competing technical forces as trading volume signals the next directional move.
Bulls defend the $1.35 support zone
XRP was trading near $1.40 at the time of writing, keeping bulls above support. The $1.35 area remains the clearest downside reference for current structure. As long as that level holds, buyers retain a favorable technical position.

Price previously broke from a descending structure that pressured XRP for weeks. That move carried the market through the $1.10 to $1.15 region. Afterward, XRP reached the $1.50 area before entering a volatile consolidation.
The consolidation has produced repeated tests of the $1.35-$1.40 region. Meanwhile, sellers have repeatedly appeared around the $1.45-$1.50 range. Therefore, the chart now presents a defined support and resistance framework.
A break below $1.35 would weaken the current bullish structure. Such a move could signal another retracement after the earlier breakout. Until then, the market remains positioned above its recent support base.
$1.45 remains the immediate breakout level
The $1.45 level as of writing represents the main upside technical barrier. Repeated failures near that zone show that supply remains active there. However, another test could develop if buyers continue defending lower levels.
A decisive move above $1.45 would change the short-term technical picture. The next visible targets sit around $1.48 and the psychological $1.50 level. Those levels could become immediate reference points following a breakout.
The earlier advance demonstrated XRP’s ability to move rapidly through resistance. That rally also showed how quickly participation can increase during expansion. Consequently, traders are watching price and volume together around resistance.
If $1.45 continues rejecting price, consolidation could extend further. A failure near resistance would keep XRP inside its established trading range. Conversely, a confirmed breakout would place higher resistance levels back in focus.
Volume remains central to the next move
Historical volume on the chart expanded sharply during XRP’s major advances. The largest spikes appeared alongside rapid price movements from lower levels. That pattern shows increased market participation during periods of strong directional activity.

Volume later remained elevated while XRP traded between roughly $2 and $3. As the market declined, activity gradually became less intense across the chart. Lower volume accompanied the prolonged retreat toward the $1 region.
More recently, another sharp volume expansion accompanied XRP’s latest price jump. That combination provides stronger confirmation than a price move alone. Therefore, sustained volume could become important during another resistance test.
A breakout above $1.45 with expanding volume would strengthen the technical setup. By contrast, rising prices with declining volume would offer weaker confirmation. The next price-volume interaction should determine whether XRP escapes its current range.
